This program is designed for athletes ages 14 and up who want to build a strong foundation for sport performance. Classes focus on developing total-body strength, power, speed, and stability using age-appropriate training methods and proper technique, All sessions are coached and supervised to ensure safe and effective training. Tuesdays and Thursdays 2:50-3:50pm.
perform BETTER
We help athletes improve overall strength & conditioning to stay ahead of the competition. Dryland training for ages 7-18. 1 on 1 or Semi-private sessions available.
Our athletes are heavily involved in the community, leaders on their respective teams and will leave our program with greater physical and emotional maturity.
