What to Expect
Our March Break Hockey Development Camp is intentionally designed to provide athletes with a high-quality, structured March Break training experience that prioritizes development over volume.
Athletes will train in three dedicated, age-appropriate groups, rotating through on-ice, off-ice, and performance-based sessions each day. Group sizes are limited to ensure meaningful coach interaction, high repetitions, and individualized feedback throughout the week.
Age Groups:

CCC & Ignite
❋ On-Ice Development
Each day includes one hour of on-ice training focused on skating mechanics, puck skills, and game execution. Sessions emphasize attention to detail, specific coach feedback, and skill application in game-like scenarios.
❋ Off-Ice Performance & Fitness
Athletes will complete one hour of dedicated fitness daily at IGNITE. Programming focuses on strength, mobility, coordination, movement quality, and age-appropriate athletic development, including elements of yoga and recovery.
❋ Integrated Development Approach
Our hockey development camp connects how players move, how they think, and how they play. In addition to physical training, athletes are challenged through game-based learning, outdoor movement, confidence building, goal setting, and mental performance concepts designed to support long-term growth.
❋ A Supportive Space
All programming is supervised by experienced coaching and performance staff. Athletes may move between the CCC and Ignite as part of scheduled programming, under staff supervision and based on parent authorization.
❋ Environment & Culture
Built for families who value intentional coaching, efficient ice usage, and long-term athlete development. The environment is challenging, and age-appropriate — designed to help athletes build confidence, work ethic, and transferable skills that extend beyond the camp.
❋ Intentional Coaching & Individual Attention
We prioritize quality over quantity. Limited enrolment and low coach-to-player ratios ensure athletes receive individualized feedback, purposeful instruction, and coaching that meets them where they are - allowing for meaningful development.
