At Ignite, it’s all about getting you RESULTS through strength, HIIT and cardio based group classes! Ignite’s mission statement is to create the best fitness experience for everybody. Giving each individual an environment to learn, grow and become the greatest version of oneself.

1.TOTAL BURN
This group fitness class provides a fun but challenging workout building strength and endurance through interval training with a total body focus. Better known as HIIT, this workout is designed to make you sweat fast and burn your max amount of calories all while building lean muscle.

2. LIFT & SWEAT
Come get the best of both worlds. During the LIFT portion of this class you can prepare for strength gains and some heavy lifting. Sweat will be just that, a guaranteed calorie burner to blast fat and give you your leanest physique. This is our hybrid class that leaves you feeling strong and sweaty.

3. PUMPED
This intense workout will push you to your limits incorporating barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells and skills. Come mentally prepared for this workout!

4. HIIT THE WEIGHTS
Full body based HIIT class that will sculpt your muscles while burning calories. Grind it out alongside our instructor to gain more confidence and strength.
5. BURN XPRESS
This class combines basic boot camp fundamentals, plyometrics and High Intensity Interval Training to boost your heart rate and burn hundreds of calories. 40 minutes in length & baby friendly. Although this is a shorter class, the results are still REAL.

6. FLOW AND RESTORE YOGA
Feel the benefits of a slower-paced class with longer holds, allowing for a deep release while improving circulation and flexibility. The signature style of this class combines movement and flow with deep relaxation for you to feel the effect of a balanced yoga practice. This class is suitable for all levels and accessible to everyone. If able, please bring your own yoga mat and block.
7. GENTLE YOGA
In this class we will combine gentle yoga poses with breathing exercises and restorative postures to stretch and strengthen the body, reduce stress and calm the mind. To build strength, we will be moving slower, focusing on balance and holding poses for longer. Modifications and rest offered and welcome. No yoga experience is required. If able, please bring your own yoga mat and block.

Ignite classes are designed for ALL levels of fitness and everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace. Ignite coaches are here to help individuals achieve their desired result with our unique programming. Our classes give all fitness levels the options to select the weight and modifications that you are comfortable with.

We always recommend checking with your doctor first if you are pregnant and would like to continue doing Ignite classes or want to start classes. Often low impact movements and physical activity are recommended during pregnancy and have proven to be safe. If you decide it’s a good time to wait until your baby has arrived we can help you get back into shape when you are ready.

Try to arrive 5-10 minutes early if this is your first Ignite workout. This will give you time to learn more about the class, meet the instructor and get set up for class.

A water bottle and comfortable indoor shoes. A workout towel is optional.

Book your first class by signing up online. Once you become an Ignite member, download the Glofox app and search for “The Ignite Company”. With the app you will be able to easily view schedules, book classes and get studio updates.

Clients on the waitlist are allowed into class on a first come first serve basis. Classes are limited for safety and proper execution of the session.
