  • Our Rookies program for 8 to 12 years builds confidence and fosters a love for movement through fun activities, focusing on personal growth and teamwork - perfect for all kids, not just athletes!

AGES 14+: Strength

  • Upcoming 6 week Session: Sept 17 to Oct 24, 2025

    Offered twice per week

    Wednesdays & Fridays 2:45-3:45pm

  • $249+HST for 6 weeks

  • This six-week advanced training program is built for teen athletes who are ready to take their strength, speed, and explosive power to the next level. This program focuses on building a strong athletic foundation through progressive resistance training, lifting fundamentals, plyometrics, and mobility work. Training is delivered in a small ground setting to ensure quality coaching, personalized feedback, and safe technique development. Whether you're preparing for the next season or pushing to reach the next level, this program is your edge.

We help athletes improve overall strength & conditioning to stay ahead of the competition. Dryland training for ages 7-18. 1 on 1 or Semi-private sessions available.

Our athletes are heavily involved in the community, leaders on their respective teams and will leave our program with greater physical and emotional maturity.
