This online fitness class provides a workout building strength and endurance through interval training with a total body focus. This workout is designed to make you sweat and burn calories all while building lean muscle. During this 55 minute class be prepared to squat, lunge, jump and sweat. Our instructors will take you through a warm up preparing you for movements ahead, run you through a dynamic and well-rounded circuit targeting all muscle groups and finishing with a cool down stretch.
